10.29.18: Badalona ---> GREATalona

Yikes...they are already starting to put up the Christmas lights in the streets here.  What is going on? Perdon,...Halloween hasn't even passed yet!! [Maddy sent this on Oct. 29th when it really was pre-Halloween. Oops.] Also it's starting to get cold again....ayyyyyy, pray for me!
But other than the cold, I adore Badalona! We live super close to the ocean and we get to run by the beach in the morning and watch the sunrise!

Also my comp is an angel...she is such a good example to me of selfless service. I keep waiting for her to get tired of being so nice to everyone, but she doesn't...she is the real deal! I have no doubts that God put me with her because I have a lot of things to learn from her example.

One of the miracles of this week is a single dad that we have been meeting with.  He has a super hard life and has made some wrong decisions, but a few weeks ago when everything in his life was falling apart, he remembered that he had the missionaries' number saved in his phone from a year ago and decided to message them and invite them over! He came to them!! He said he did it because he knew he needed help from a higher power because the help from his family was no longer enough. We had some really powerful citas [appointments] with him this week, and yesterday he came to church with his 2 ninos[children]!! He also accepted a baptismal date!!
God truly loves every single one of His children and no matter what we have done, it is never too late to turn around and come back to HIM.

Another miracle of this week is that we went to the house of an adorable couple who are both in their twenties who just got baptized a few weeks ago because it was one of their bdays and we were going to eat with them.  But they live with their parents and the abuela [grandma] was cooking and it took forever.  And we ended up having to take the food in a tupper and it was a legit MIRACLE because the abuela brought out a huge pile of diff types of meat (including the dreaded blood sausage...ewwww)..."shucks...we have to go!"
 Dodged that bullet, jajaja. God is so good to me! Bless those mission rules!! Jajaja.
Idk if any of that story makes sense^^^...I don't think I speak Spanish or English anymore...lo siento [I am sorry]!

Anyway, I love you all and hope all is well!
Stay gold<3
